Actress and beauty founder Claudia Sulewski married musician Finneas on Saturday, August 29, in Montecito. Just under two weeks before, Vogue documented her final fitting for four custom wedding weekend looks at the Oscar de la Renta boutique in Beverly Hills.

Claudia greeted her mother, Beata Sulewska, and her now-mother-in-law, Maggie Baird, to outline the schedule. The run of show involved trying on her rehearsal dinner dress, ceremony dress, reception dress, and after-party dress. She expressed particular excitement for the final version of her ceremony gown.

The Rehearsal Dinner Gown

First, she tried the bias-cut rehearsal dinner dress made from liquid crepe back satin. Friends Rebecca Black and Dru MacDonald were present. The dress featured a bias neckline draping that extended down to the lower back. Senior designer Grace McCoy made final adjustments. "You literally look like a sculpture," Dru said, according to the source.

The Ceremony Ballgown

The ivory silk faille ceremony ballgown prompted spontaneous applause. It had a drop-waist bodice and a structured, pleated skirt. An asymmetric, draped, and pleated scarf neckpiece streamed down the length of the train.

Claudia noted the dress demanded a moment of silence. She said she was inspired by dramatic, "princess-like" silhouettes from the Oscar de la Renta archives. Maggie Baird dialed in Billie Eilish via FaceTime for a first look. "You look like an angel," Billie Eilish exclaimed. The bride also tried on a veil and highlighted the dress's pockets.

The Reception and After-Party Looks

Next was the structured cady reception gown with a sculptural peplum made from upcycled feathers. Claudia noted this detail was significant for her vegan brand, Cyklar. Crystal beaded accents were scattered among the feathers.

She mentioned doing a dance test in the dress. Claudia also said she had to be vague with Finneas about movement limitations for their first dance to keep the dress intact.

The after-party look was inspired by playful Oscar de la Renta styles from the early 2000s. It featured a pink boat-neck top paired with a hand-draped dove grey silk faille bubble skirt and matching heels. "I feel like a little cupcake," Claudia laughed.

Final Touches

A final reveal was not for Claudia but for the couple's two rescue dogs, Peaches and Moose. They received silk faille bows cut from the same fabric as the ceremony gown to wear as "flower dogs." With all looks finalized, Claudia concluded the fitting.

The source lists the video production team, including director Stephanie Romero and stylist Thomas Kikis. It concludes with Claudia's own words: "Let's go get married!"
