Dove Cameron and Damiano David's Tuscany Wedding Details
Dove Cameron, 30, and Måneskin frontman Damiano David, 27, married in a private Tuscany ceremony on September 24, 2026.

Dove Cameron and Damiano David exchanged vows at the historic Town Hall in Montalcino, Tuscany, on September 24, 2026. The private ceremony, described as intimate, gathered fewer than 200 friends and family to recapture the warmth of a simple family celebration.
The couple, who met in 2022 while competing for the same MTV Video Music Award, confirmed their engagement in January 2026. Their relationship developed during international tours across Europe and the United States, and they now live together in Los Angeles. Prior to the late afternoon ceremony, the couple was seen in matching white suits, with Cameron adding a draping cape and David a silk green scarf.
The Valentino Wedding Dress
Dove Cameron's wedding dress was designed by Alessandro Michele for Valentino. She tried on the final version at the brand's Rome headquarters, located next to the Spanish Steps, just four days before the wedding weekend.
The gown was crafted from luminous silk satin and layers of flowing silk chiffon. It featured a sculpted bustier and a dramatic train. A row of silk-covered buttons running from the center back to the end of the train was left undone, creating a sweeping split and a fan-like movement. The ensemble included a four-meter silk tulle veil, hand-embroidered with constellations of tiny crystals and beads-a celestial nod to Cameron's middle name, Celeste. Valentino crystal hair clips furthered this astral theme.
Personal Reflections
Dove Cameron shed tears of happiness during her final fitting. She described the dress as simple but elevated, and said she felt like herself in it. Cameron stated she never wavered on wearing a design by Michele, calling the dress an art piece.
She admitted to feeling wildly unprepared for the wedding, and revealed she never dreamed about a traditional wedding as a child. Her childhood fantasy involved renting Carnegie Hall and entering in a black feather dress with a 32-piece orchestra. Despite the initial overwhelm, which she and David found crazy, she said the experience felt right, natural, easy, and like a beautiful next step. Her stylist, Marc Eram, guided her to the fitting room, and her grandma told her she looked gorgeous over FaceTime.
Wedding Celebrations and Guests
Following the ceremony, celebrations unfolded at Castiglion del Bosco, an exclusive Rosewood resort near Montalcino. The estate spans over 4,940 acres of Tuscan countryside and was named the best resort in Europe by Travel + Leisure. It has hosted prominent figures including Barack Obama, Paul McCartney, and George Clooney.
The property contains 42 suites and 11 private residences in restored farmhouses. Amenities include a private golf course, sports facilities, a spa with panoramic views, heated pools, and off-road vehicles for guests. The on-site restaurant holds two Michelin stars, where tasting menus cost approximately $260 to $305 per person.
The guest list included the three other members of Måneskin-Victoria De Angelis, Thomas Raggi, and Ethan Torchio. Fans speculated the band might perform an impromptu set during the celebrations. The band has professional projects planned for 2027. For the wedding festivities, Fausto Puglisi, creative director of Roberto Cavalli, designed a creation, and Cameron also wore a Valentino trouser suit. The private celebration at the resort was expected to last at least two consecutive days.
