All-White Key West Wedding Puts Family at the Center
A couple hosted 150 guests for an all-white beach wedding at Casa Marina in Key West, Florida. They centered their design on soft neutrals, asked their parents to wear blue as the 'something blue,' and provided handwritten letters to every guest.

Nick and his bride celebrated their wedding with 150 guests on the sand at the Casa Marina resort in Key West, Florida. The couple, who are both deeply connected to the beach, built their entire day around a palette of soft white, cream, and tan to let the shoreline scenery take center stage.
According to the couple's account published by Style Me Pretty, they asked their parents to wear blue as their "something blue." This created a standout visual moment as the parents walked the aisle in front of the blue Key West water. Destination Wedding Studio coordinated the event, Revelation Floral handled the arrangements, and Sarah Murray Photography captured the details.
The Vision and Proposal
The couple's vision was to embrace the natural, beachy setting with simple elegance. They described the beach as the place where they feel most connected, sharing activities like walking along the shore or fishing together. The groom's proposal also happened on a Florida beach, in Delray Beach, orchestrated as a surprise during what the bride thought was a last-minute modeling shoot.
Fashion and Attire
The bride found her wedding gown from Kyha Studios at Garnish Boutique in Towson, Maryland. She reported finding her dress within an hour at that sole boutique visit. For the bridal party, she requested shades of white and cream, allowing her bridesmaids to choose their own dresses from various retailers. The groomsmen wore suits from Suit Shop, which the couple praised for their color, quality, and value.
Food, Drink, and Florals
The venue, Casa Marina, curated the food and drink. The menu featured two signature cocktails: a grape transfusion and a classic vodka lemonade. Dinner offered guests a choice between filet and mahi. The couple sourced their florals from Revelation Florals, a family-run business in Jupiter, Florida, after an extensive search throughout the Keys. They provided a color palette of soft whites, and the florist, Gabi, developed the full design.
Personal Touches and a Memorable Mishap
The bride wrote handwritten letters to each of the 150 guests, which also functioned as the seating chart. She stated this was to personally thank everyone for traveling to celebrate with them. In a memorable turn, the bride's dress ripped at the waist immediately after the ceremony when someone stepped on her train. Her grandmother repaired it with a needle and thread, providing what the bride described as a meaningful, quiet moment together shortly after losing her grandfather three months prior. The couple's cake came from a local Publix grocery store, topped with a custom Etsy topper.
