The first room, None the Wiser, is an intimate 18-seat space featuring sumptuous leather chairs and a rich blue-and-gold palette. Vintage-style imagery of Dexter and Kerry cows adorns the walls, creating a sophisticated and conversation-starting setting.

The second private dining room, Croom a Boo, takes its name from a famed Kerry bull that roamed Maynooth in the late 19th century. This room seats 14 guests and features a large 1897 map of Dublin, original bank cheques from 1924, and a champion cattle board inspired by the Dublin Spring Show. If you choose to dine during lunch, you and your guests can choose to dine from the group lunch menu, which is served individually.
